Using the message inbox

Check out all Unbabel's message inbox features and never miss any of our communications

In addition to communication via email, we also like to talk to our community via the message inbox.  It's a key tool for receiving updates, feedback, and other important information from the community management team. Please read the information below to make sure you’re using the message inbox to its full potential.

Accessing the message inbox
To access the message inbox, just look for the blue icon  on the lower right side of your dashboard. If you miss a message, don’t worry! Just click the icon and you'll see all the messages that were sent to you.

You can also read Unbabel's community support help center articles without leaving the dashboard. Just type in the word or phrase you're looking for and all related articles will be listed.
