After we deliver a translation, we may receive requests for changes or additional reviews based on client feedback. These feedback requests are an integral part of our quality assurance process. They help us ensure that the final product aligns with the client's expectations and maintains the highest quality standards.
Feedback implementation review tasks are displayed differently so you can differentiate them from standard tasks. They include customer feedback in the form of specific instructions.
It is crucial that you address the customer feedback exactly as provided, without making any edits beyond what is requested since the translation output displayed has already been approved, except for the requested changes.
Any additional edits beyond the requested changes may result in further complaints.
How are feedback implementation tasks displayed and where can I find them?
Feedback implementation tasks will be available in the review queue.
When you’re claiming a task, this is what a review with feedback implementation looks like:
- The title is "Feedback implementation task”.
- The first pop-up you’ll see highlights the need to address customer feedback and not perform additional edits.
- The instructions section displays the client's feedback.
- After reading the customer feedback, you must acknowledge the instructions.
- The "Start Now" button is disabled until you confirm the checkbox.
Note that once you start the task, the customer feedback instructions are displayed in the side panel:
Once you submit the task, the following confirmation will display reinforcing the need to comply with customer feedback:
Please keep in mind that your adherence to these guidelines and the quality of your task delivery will be carefully considered by your community manager when evaluating your overall performance and can influence future opportunities and assignments.
