After we deliver a translation, we may receive follow-up requests from the client to make specific changes or perform an additional review. These feedback requests are an important part of our quality assurance process, helping ensure the final output aligns with the client’s expectations and meets our quality standards.
Feedback Implementation review tasks are displayed differently from standard tasks and include clear customer feedback in the form of specific instructions.
It’s essential to follow these instructions exactly as provided, without making any additional edits. The translation has already been approved, except for the requested changes.
Any additional edits beyond the requested changes may result in further complaints.
Where can I find Feedback Implementation tasks?
Feedback Implementation tasks are available in the Feedback Implementation queue.
This makes it clear when you're working on a redelivery based on customer feedback, helping you focus only on the requested changes.
