Sometimes you can accidentally submit something without having worked on it. It happens!
The important thing is that you report it to us right away. While we’re not able to recall the task and send it back to you for editing, we are able to log it and remain informed in case the customer comes back to us.
Please note: we are unable to remove individual tasks from the evaluation cycle, but if you contact us when this happens we will have a record in case you are evaluated on it in the future.
