The Unbabel platform uses a system called Smartcheck to display potential errors in the target text. In some instances, these errors are too serious to allow the submission of the text if left unresolved. Please resolve all of these errors or, if you think that it’s not actually an error, please select “Ignore”.
If you’re certain that there aren’t any issues left despite getting an error message that says “fix all visible issues”, it’s likely to be a bug.
- Please check you’re using the latest edition of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Opera. We don’t support other browsers (including Microsoft Edge). If you’re not, you’ll need to update your browser.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Reload the page and try again.
